Description: Heidi Copeland with the Leon County Extension Office will lead a home preserving workshop, and teach us how to preserve all the delicious fruits and vegetables you can harvest from your garden. She will talk about canning, freezing and drying, using the University of Georgia book, "So Easy to Preserve".
